How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your FlowSysPro account and associated personal information by emailing info@flowsyspro.com from your registered email address.
Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Our team may verify account ownership before processing your request.
Google Account Data Deletion
To revoke FlowSysPro's access to your Google Account, visit Google Account Connections and remove FlowSysPro's access.
To request deletion of Google account information or data stored by FlowSysPro, email info@flowsyspro.com.
Revoking Google access does not necessarily delete information previously stored by FlowSysPro. A separate deletion request may be required.
Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp Data Deletion
If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business services to FlowSysPro, you may disconnect the integration through the relevant platform settings, where available.
To request deletion of associated personal information stored by FlowSysPro, contact info@flowsyspro.com with the subject "Meta Data Deletion Request".
Data Deletion & Retention
After receiving a verified deletion request, FlowSysPro will review and process eligible data deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws and operational requirements.
Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or maintain platform security.
