Permitted uses
FlowSysPro is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by WorkLinc. Our platform provides business communication, customer engagement, messaging management, automation, AI-powered features, and integrations with supported third-party services.
FlowSysPro is intended for lawful, authorized, and responsible business activities that comply with applicable laws, privacy requirements, and the policies of connected service providers.
Examples of Permitted Activities
- Customer Communication: Responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and managing authorized business conversations.
- Transactional Notifications: Sending order updates, payment confirmations, appointment reminders, and other legitimate service notifications.
- Marketing Communications: Sending promotional messages to recipients where valid consent or another legally permitted basis exists and the relevant messaging platform allows such communications.
- WhatsApp Business Messaging: Managing authorized WhatsApp Business Platform conversations, approved message templates, and compliant messaging campaigns.
- Social Media Communication: Managing supported Facebook Messenger and Instagram business conversations in accordance with the applicable platform rules.
- Business Automation: Creating authorized workflows for customer support, follow-ups, notifications, and other legitimate business operations.
- AI-Assisted Communication: Using supported AI features to assist with customer conversations, business knowledge bases, and authorized automated responses.
- Google Workspace Integrations: Using authorized Google services for supported business workflows within the permissions granted by the account owner.
- Business Integrations: Connecting supported e-commerce, payment, communication, and other third-party services for legitimate business purposes.
All activities must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable third-party platform requirements.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
Users must not use FlowSysPro to conduct illegal, deceptive, abusive, unauthorized, or harmful activities.
Spam & Unauthorized Messaging
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or communications that violate applicable laws or platform policies.
- Using purchased, scraped, harvested, or unlawfully obtained contact lists for unauthorized messaging.
- Continuing promotional communications after a recipient has withdrawn consent or requested to stop.
- Attempting to bypass messaging limits, recipient restrictions, or platform anti-spam protections.
Illegal & Harmful Content
- Distributing malware, phishing links, viruses, or other malicious content.
- Facilitating fraud, financial scams, identity theft, money laundering, or other unlawful activities.
- Distributing child sexual abuse material or content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Promoting unlawful transactions involving prohibited goods, services, or activities.
- Sharing content that violates applicable laws or the policies of connected platforms.
Harassment & Deceptive Practices
- Sending threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory communications.
- Impersonating individuals, businesses, government authorities, or other organizations without authorization.
- Engaging in deceptive advertising, fraudulent promotions, fake reviews, or misleading business practices.
- Collecting, disclosing, or misusing personal information without appropriate authorization or a lawful basis.
Technical Abuse & Security Violations
- Attempting unauthorized access to FlowSysPro accounts, systems, servers, APIs, or customer data.
- Introducing malicious software or interfering with the availability, security, or performance of the Service.
- Bypassing authentication, usage restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
- Conducting unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or other disruptive security testing.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract protected source code except where expressly permitted by applicable law or written authorization.
- Creating or using accounts to evade legitimate suspensions, restrictions, or enforcement actions.
FlowSysPro reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Service.
WhatsApp Business Platform Compliance
Users who connect or use WhatsApp Business Platform services through FlowSysPro must comply with Meta's applicable WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Business Terms, Commerce Policy where relevant, and other applicable platform requirements.
Messaging Requirements
- Customer Consent: Obtain valid recipient permission where required before initiating business communications.
- Customer Service Window: Follow WhatsApp's applicable customer service messaging window rules, including the generally applicable 24-hour window for free-form business replies.
- Message Templates: Use approved message templates when required for business-initiated messaging outside the applicable customer service window.
- Message Quality: Avoid unwanted, repetitive, misleading, or abusive communications that may negatively affect messaging quality.
- Opt-Out Requests: Respect requests to stop receiving messages and maintain appropriate suppression records.
- Business Eligibility: Ensure that the business, products, services, and messaging content comply with Meta's applicable eligibility and commerce restrictions.
Platform Restrictions
Meta may restrict messaging capabilities, reject templates, limit message delivery, suspend WhatsApp Business Accounts, or take other enforcement actions when its policies are violated.
FlowSysPro does not control Meta's independent enforcement decisions and cannot guarantee the restoration of restricted or suspended third-party accounts.
WhatsApp Business Platform messaging fees, provider charges, and other applicable third-party costs may apply separately from FlowSysPro subscription fees.

Opt-In, Consent & Privacy Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that personal information, contact lists, customer communications, and automated messaging activities are collected and processed lawfully.
Consent & Authorization
- Obtain appropriate consent or establish another legally permitted basis before collecting or processing personal information.
- Obtain the specific messaging permission required by the relevant communication platform before initiating messages.
- Clearly identify the business sending communications and provide accurate information about the purpose of messaging.
- Maintain reasonable records of consent and other relevant authorization where required.
- Provide and honor applicable opt-out, unsubscribe, and consent withdrawal mechanisms.
Customer-Initiated Conversations
A customer initiating a conversation does not automatically authorize unlimited promotional messaging. Businesses must comply with the applicable messaging windows, consent requirements, and platform-specific rules.
Contact Lists & Customer Information
Users must not upload or process contact lists, customer records, or other personal information obtained through unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized methods.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information provided to FlowSysPro or connected services is used only for legitimate and authorized business purposes.
Verification & Compliance
FlowSysPro may request reasonable information or supporting evidence relating to messaging consent, account authorization, or compliance when investigating suspected violations.
Failure to provide sufficient information may result in restrictions or other appropriate measures where reasonably necessary to address compliance or security concerns.
Enforcement & Account Restrictions
FlowSysPro may review suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy based on available information, including customer complaints, platform notifications, security incidents, or other relevant evidence.
Possible Enforcement Actions
- Warning: Notifying the user about a suspected violation and requesting corrective action.
- Feature Restrictions: Temporarily limiting messaging, automation, integrations, or other affected features.
- Account Suspension: Temporarily suspending access while a significant compliance, security, or abuse concern is reviewed.
- Account Termination: Terminating access in cases involving serious violations, repeated abuse, or other grounds permitted under our Terms of Service.
- Third-Party Reporting: Sharing relevant information with service providers, regulators, or competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
Enforcement Decisions
The appropriate action will depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and potential impact of the suspected violation.
FlowSysPro may take immediate protective measures where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or serious harm.
Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to explain the circumstances or resolve the identified issue.
Subscription & Refund Implications
Suspension or termination for violations of this policy does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund. Any applicable refund request will be assessed under our Refund & Payment Policy and mandatory legal requirements.
Enforcement by independent third-party platforms, including Meta or Google, is governed by those providers' respective policies and procedures.
Reporting Violations
If you believe that FlowSysPro is being used for spam, fraud, unauthorized messaging, harassment, illegal activities, security abuse, or other violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report the issue to our support team.

Users should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in abuse reports.
Changes to This Policy
FlowSysPro may update this Acceptable Use Policy to address changes in our services, supported integrations, applicable laws, security requirements, or the policies of third-party platforms.

AI & Automation Responsible Use
FlowSysPro may provide AI-assisted communication, automated messaging, chatbot functionality, workflow automation, and integrations with supported third-party AI providers.
Users are responsible for configuring and operating these features lawfully, accurately, and responsibly.
Prohibited AI & Automation Activities
- Using AI or automation to generate or distribute spam, phishing messages, fraudulent content, or deceptive communications.
- Creating automated systems that impersonate individuals, businesses, or authorities without appropriate authorization.
- Generating harmful, unlawful, discriminatory, or harassing content.
- Using AI to process confidential, sensitive, or personal information without appropriate authorization and safeguards.
- Automating messages in ways that bypass platform restrictions, recipient consent, or applicable messaging requirements.
- Using automated workflows to mislead customers about products, pricing, availability, business identity, or other material information.
- Using AI features to facilitate unlawful surveillance, unauthorized data collection, or other privacy violations.
Human Oversight & Accuracy
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for certain situations. Users are responsible for reviewing and supervising automated workflows and implementing appropriate safeguards.
Users should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs for decisions requiring professional judgment, legal compliance, or other high-impact assessments without appropriate human review.
Third-Party AI Providers
Where AI integrations require customer-provided API credentials, users are responsible for obtaining valid credentials and complying with the applicable provider's terms, usage policies, and billing requirements.
AI integrations must not be used to circumvent provider safeguards, access restrictions, or prohibited-use rules.

Third-Party Integration Compliance
FlowSysPro supports integrations with third-party services that may include Meta platforms, Google Workspace, AI providers, payment services, e-commerce platforms, and other business applications.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of connected services complies with the applicable provider terms, platform policies, permissions, and legal requirements.
Meta Integrations
Users connecting WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or other supported Meta services must comply with applicable Meta platform terms, messaging policies, business eligibility requirements, and authorization rules.
Google Workspace Integrations
Users connecting Google Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Drive, Forms, or Google account services must access and process Google data only for authorized purposes consistent with the permissions granted and applicable Google API policies.
Users must not attempt to access Google account information or Workspace data without the account owner's authorization.
AI Service Integrations
Users connecting external AI providers or AI gateways must comply with the applicable provider's usage restrictions, data handling requirements, and API terms.
Payment & E-Commerce Integrations
Users must comply with applicable payment processing, transaction security, consumer protection, and e-commerce platform requirements when using connected payment or commerce services.
Authorization & Credentials
- Connect only accounts, applications, and services that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Protect API keys, access tokens, authentication credentials, and other sensitive integration information.
- Do not attempt to access, modify, or retrieve third-party data beyond the permissions granted.
- Revoke access when an integration is no longer authorized or required.
- Follow applicable third-party provider restrictions, including usage limits and security requirements.
Third-party services may independently restrict, suspend, or terminate integrations in accordance with their own policies.
FlowSysPro cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to external services or override enforcement decisions made by independent providers.
